Mold apartment in Dublin, CA

This mold damaged apartment in Dublin, CA was the result of a supply line leaking in the wall while the tenant was out of town. Notice in the first photo how there is evidence of black mold on the exterior of the drywall. The mold went up the wall four feet and had to be removed. The after photo shows our technicians having completed the mold remediation and have cleaned and the lumber. The maintenance manager and property manager was thrilled that we were able to get out right away and take care of the mold problem in this unit.
