Broken Water Pipe in Medical Facility

This medical facility almost shut down due to a broken water pipe!  The broken pipe damaged an interior wall, close to 2000 square feet and which could have caused this medical facility to shut down if not for the immediate efforts of SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin.

Soon after receiving the phone call, SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin sprang into action. Arriving on the seen within the hour to minimize the damage.  Our techs began extracting water while Project Manager, Erik walked the building assessing the damage. He then came up with a game plan on how to get this business back to normal operating conditions.

During the loss we separated highly sensitive medical equipment by building a 260ft long containment keeping equipment. This saved the business thousands of dollars and allowed us to expedite the drying process eliminating 2 of the 5 projected drying days!
